Reaper = Sting - Special attack from within Shadow that does not reveal the soldier. Templar = Focus - After a Rend kill, gain 1 Focus point, increasing Mobility and Dodge. Skirmisher = Zero In - Repeated attacks on the same target have +10 Aim this turn. Reaper = Needle - Attacks from within Shadow ignore 2 points of Armor. Templar = Momentum - After using Rend, gain a movement action to get into cover. Skirmisher = Grapple - Reposition on higher elevation. Reaper = Remote Start - Can shoot environmental explosives for 2x blast radius and 2x damage. Does NOT give Momentum until you unlock that ability at Corporal rank. Templar = Rend - Sword attack that generates Focus. Skirmisher = Marauder - Standard shots only cost 1 action. Reaper = Shadow - Super concealment with small detection range. I wasn't able to get Rend to work with the Shard Gauntlet as a secondary weapon, so it uses Swords instead.
